These terms and conditions are designed to regulate the use of the SIA BIC (hereinafter referred to as “BIC”) online store in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
1. General Provisions

1.2. By using the online store, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) agrees to these terms and undertakes to comply with them.
1.3. The Seller has the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the online store’s website.
2. Ordering and Purchasing Procedure
2.1. Goods can be ordered using the online store by filling out the required fields and providing accurate delivery and contact information.
2.2. The Buyer agrees to provide true and accurate information about themselves and their order. The Seller is not responsible for any losses arising from the provision of incorrect information.

3. Prices and Payments

4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the delivery time and conditions stated in the order confirmation.

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or non-fulfillment caused by third-party actions or force majeure circumstances.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit a written notice of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller in their original condition and packaging.
5.3. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the return is due to defects or non-conformity.
6. Warranty and Claim Handling
6.1. All goods come with a manufacturer’s warranty, if such a warranty is provided.
6.2. In the event that the delivered goods do not conform to the order or are damaged, the Buyer has the right to submit a claim within 2 years from the date of purchase.
6.3. When submitting a claim, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase and a written claim statement.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and SIA BIC’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Buyer’s personal data is used only for order processing and delivery, as well as to inform the Buyer about new offers, if the Buyer has agreed to this.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These terms are developed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from the application of these terms will be resolved in accordance with Latvian legislation.
8.2. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
